Dispute Resolution
a. Your satisfaction is our priority. In the unlikely event of a dispute, the Client is informed by Hôtel le Village of the option to resort, in the event of any dispute relating to these General Terms and Conditions, to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method.
b. After contacting customer service or the hotel and attempting to resolve the dispute amicably, if no amicable solution is reached within 60 days from the date of the initial request, the client may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Mediator.
